If there is a sport or activity that you did not find listed, odds are that we have still worked with people that are in your shoes and helped them to obtain continued enjoyment with reduced risk of injury. All of our sports programs work similarly.

  1. We figure out the best Physical Therapist for you based on your sport and/or your injury
  2. Then we perform a head to toe evaluation to look at flexibility, strength, balance, power, and agility
  3. Next we explain the findings and work with you to develop a program to get you to the next level
