Weight Loss Program

Sometimes all you need is a little direction and some positive help to get to your healthy weight goals. Our personal training staff has experience working with people of all ages and all abilities. Worried because you’ve never worked out in a gym? No need to stress- our personal trainers are here to make this fun and engaging. Well, you’ll have so much fun you might not even realize you are working hard! Learn healthy eating strategies and how to work out to get the best results for you.

Fitness TrainingWellness & Fitness Program

This program is for anyone who wants to work on general fitness. Many of our patients join this program after rehabilitation from a surgery or an accident. Once your formal physical therapy is completed, we recommend you move into our wellness and fitness program to maintain and continue your progress. Many of our personal trainers are dually trained as personal trainers and Physical Therapist Assistants, so you get a highly trained professional to guide you on your path to wellness. This is available as one/one personal training.

Sports Performance Training

This program is for the serious athlete. We recommend this type of training to athletes that have experienced a large break in activity due to a serious injury or a surgery. This program is also good if you just want to improve your speed, agility, and power. Our personal trainers have worked with amateur to professional athletes and have experience in the needs of elite level athletes. Healthy eating strategies will also be a part of this package. Different packages are available for all sports.

Team Training

Want to take your entire team to the next level? Want to help in the prevention of seasonal injuries that are detrimental to your team’s success? Sign up the entire team for group sessions with our trainers. Focus will range from mobility, strength, balance and power to agility, quickness and overall speed. Your team will be assessed as individuals, and the team trainings will be customized for the players. This is not a “one size fits all” program.

Boot Camps

These are fun, fast paced – High Intensity Interval Training groups. Get a great workout in a short period of time….and get more out of it! Times and locations of boot camps are available by calling 520-325-4002.
