Cold Pack Recipe

To make a homemade cold pack, mix 3 cups of water and 1 cup of rubbing alcohol in a freezer bag. Seal the bag, and to make sure it doesn’t leak– put it in another freezer bag. Place this in the freezer until slush forms. You can use this over and over again! Make sure to put a towel or a small pillow case between your skin and the cold pack to prevent over-cooling! Use for 10-15 minutes on the painful area.
